General conditions for Amon Spa services and gift cards.

1. Conduct and atmosphere

Amon Spa is a space for wellbeing, relaxation and disconnection.
Guests are asked to keep their mobile phone on silent or switched off for the whole stay.
Voices must be kept low throughout the spa.
Noise that disturbs the experience of other guests is not allowed.
The spa reserves the right of admission in case of inappropriate behaviour.

Our aim is to preserve an environment of harmony, respect and calm for all visitors.

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the booked time.
There is a 10-minute grace period from the appointment time.
In case of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the treatment may be shortened with no change in price.
If the delay makes the service impossible, the booking will be considered cancelled and the corresponding conditions will apply.

Punctuality guarantees a complete experience and respect for the guests who follow.

We recommend booking in advance.
Some experiences may require prior confirmation.
Amon Spa may request a deposit or guarantee to confirm the booking.
A booking is only considered confirmed when the guest receives confirmation from the spa.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of the deposit.
In case of no-show, the amount paid or the right to use the gift card, voucher or promotion will be lost.
Gift cards, vouchers and promotions are subject to the same cancellation conditions.

Gift cards and vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They must be presented at the time of the appointment.
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.

Guests must inform us before the treatment of any medical condition, pregnancy, injury, allergy or relevant medical treatment.
Amon Spa is not responsible for reactions resulting from the omission of medical information.
Our team may adapt the treatment at their professional discretion to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the guest.

The aim is to personalise the experience while always respecting the time booked.

The duration stated for each treatment is approximate. In some cases the actual time may vary by up to 10 minutes.
For massages, extra time can be added when booking in the online agenda, subject to availability and at the supplement shown there.

Gift cards are digital and are sent by email with a unique code.
They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, they can no longer be used.
A prior booking is required and is subject to availability.
The amount can be used in one or several visits until the balance runs out, within the validity period.
If the chosen service costs more than the available amount, the difference must be paid.
In case of cancellation, at least 24 hours notice is required. A no-show may result in the booked service being deducted.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The holder is responsible for keeping the code safe.
